Tasty! Yep, that's the word for this place. My friend and I just popped in toward the end of happy hour because I was in the area on an errand. I ordered one of my favorite beers, Meanwhile Secret Beach. It was served in a perfect glass at the perfect temperature. Very tasty. We had the duck fries, Brussels sprout leaves, and pork tacos. Everything was spot-on delicious! Perfectly blended flavors, wonderfully prepared and presented. The ambiance and the service were exceptional too. Our waiter was informative, friendly, and expedient. There are a lot of seating areas in different pockets of spaces. We were fortunate to snag a table in the poshest space- nicely decorated and air-conditioned. What a treat and an impromptu experience! I'll definitely be back.

I haven't had a bad meal here and recently went for their happy hour menu. The fries (didn't get a picture) were a little on the small size for the price but everything else was great! The fried chicken and biscuit is an especially good deal. Easy parking cos they have a large parking lot.

Came for restaurant week, and had an amazing experience! Food: The chicken liver mousse was my favorite! So flavorful, I could probably eat a whole jar myself. There were a few items on restaurant week menu that didn't seem to be on the regular menu, but the beef shoulder and the trout were standout entrees. Didn't care too much for the appetizers or desserts, just felt a bit heavy so we had tons of leftovers. Service: Amazing! We had a bit of a wait for a table, but they let us to a waiting area and we ordered drinks. Our server was super knowledgeable about the menu and gave great recommendations. He also packaged up our leftovers so nicely! Vibe: It'a almost entirely outdoor seating, very small area for indoor dining, so be aware if it's hot! I enjoyed the rustic feel, and because everyone was fairly spaced apart it wasn't too loud for conversation. Glad restaurant week brought this place to our attention - happy hour menu looks great so we'll try to be back!

The service at this Location was spectacular, we got our appetizers and entrees very quickly.Truffle Fries were amazing very tasteful and crispy. It was my first time trying Deviled Eggs and I can say they were pretty good. I also Tried one of their non-alcoholic mango drinks and it was very tasteful. I will say the Pork Carnitas were a bit on the dry side but overall everything was very good , Service 10/10 will definitely be back to try more dishes!

We had some friends coming to town and were looking for a spot with good food and drinks and Salty Sow absolutely delivered. They have a decent selection of craft beer, cocktails, and also bourbon (not very impressive bourbon menu if you're a tater). I had a beer and the rest of the table had cocktails and had great things to say. For our entree, all of the guys at the table got the Pork Iberico which was highly reccomended by our waiter and also some random guy that shouted at me about it on his way out the door (lol but thank you). It was amazing and probably the best pork I've ever had. Otherwise, another person got the carnitas and my fiance got the wagyu burger. We've been there twice and she's gotten it both times also saying its the best burger she has had. Awesome experience, highly reccomend. They do take reservations and we got ours the day before for a Friday night which was nice.

Feel-good tunes and balanced mix of open air and air conditioned seating available. We came toward the end of the night and were seated inside right away. Happy hour is from 4:30 - 6:30 pm daily and can get busy. Our server, Tarah, was exceptional and recommended the daily special, which was from Spain and was the most lean and tender pork, seared to perfection. We tried some of their classics as well (deviled eggs, duck fat fries, biscuits) and weren't disappointed. Cocktails were refreshing too, particularly "in to the wild," similar to a cherry limeade, and the mocktail, vero mango fizz. They do *not* offer a military discount. They have a parking lot and street parking. We'll be back again and bringing friends!

Went to salty sow after making a last minute reservation on a Friday. The inside was very cute and lighting was dim so perfect for a date or catching up with friends. We ordered bone marrow, wagyu cheeseburger, 2x pork shoulder, and banana fosters beignets. The bone marrow was really big and had lots of flavor to it but I think it was also very fatty than what I'm used to. The wagyu burger was tender and you could taste how much seasoning was in there. The pork shoulder was probably the best thing I had here. It was so tender and was very similar to pot roast. Carrots were soft and the mashed potatoes were delicious. The banana fosters was ok. They gave us lots of ice cream. The beignets didn't really taste like bananas in my opinion and could've used more. My entire bill was $188 after tip!

Second time dining here. Higher end southern country style cooking. Lots of patio seating with outdoor coolers. Service is great. Last night we feasted and loved our meal, beet salad, grits, deviled eggs, biscuits, chicken. All ***** stars. At the end our waitress mentioned the special Peach Cobbler. Which we ordered and it looked beautiful when it arrived. Ice cream on top is great, crust was similar to their biscuits (wish they had put a little more sugar on the crust. We were expecting the bottom of the cobbler to be filled with peaches and sauce. But we were really disappointed that there was barely any peach filling. Like it had maybe two slices of peaches. So it was basically biscuits and ice cream. The worst - * 1 star. Better ranking for looks - ***** 5 stars. A Hostess Fruit Pie from 7-11 would have tasted better.
